  Each person does their best each and every time. The most personable and individual focused bank I have ever been to! You speak directly to people, they promptly address your concerns or needs. They even think of your financial needs and bring forth options you don’t even know about. They gave my daughter a loan for a new business no one else would do. Exceptional people and services!!!

  I continue to receive excellent service within many departments at Premier Bank in Alcester. Transferring our home loan to Premier was nothing short of seamless. They have been fantastic and swift with auto loans. Teller lines are quick and personable. They were even very receptive and helpful to my younger children opening individual savings accounts and discussing, with them, the importance of saving and financial responsibility. I could ask nothing more from a hometown bank. Thanks for all you do.

  Zero Saturday hours listed. If you’re an individual that does not work peak hours and can do your banking during M-F 9-3:30, awesome! If you’re not, you’re @ssed out. The staff is very nice, does everything well, but if you’re unable to actually conduct any business, how could you know? Forget weekend hours, or evening hours. This is a difficult place to bank, on the flip side, if you want to make sure you cannot access your money- bank here.

  Most friendly, honest, bank you will find. They go out of there way to help you. Jared does a great job!
