  So helpful, so kind!! Everyone there was very friendly and helped me with every question I had! Never made me feel dumb either because I don’t know bank terminology😂

  They won't let my mother who banks there see her online account because she was labeled a "fraud risk" whenever she calls to ask why she was labeled that on her account she can't get a reason. She's considering switching bank because of this.
