  First Federal is a small town bank with big bank services. They make it a point to know their customers. You don't have the fees like you do at other banks. It's a great place to get a home equity loan. Also, First Federal support the community and gets involved in charitable causes.

  I worked with Kim Ward, she was great to work with. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner in a way I was able to understand. I felt more at ease buying my first home working with her, very personable. Highly recommend.

  Accurate, Friendly, Great Service! This is by far the best bank in town! I go mainly to the Maumee branch and everyone there is wonderful. We have used them for nearly every kind of banking you can think of for three businesses and even use them personally too.

  I absolutely recommend First Federal! All the branches have wonderful employees. I don't feel bombarded with fees and they seem to have accounts that fit different people.
