  They let me take money off my work card for 4 weeks and put in my checking. This week I go in and all the sudden they can't do it!! I had to go to the ATM get money out then they would deposit it. I couldn't even get it all out and could only get 20's and they charged me $3.50 to use ATM. Very frustrating!

  Worst bank in Upper Sandusky. The ladies that are tellers there are all snobby and act like they are high and mighty. I’ve been coming here for years ever since they were Commercial Bank and cashing in my coins, as they are the only bank with a machine in my town. All of a sudden they require you to have an account and they claim “it has always been policy”, as they laugh at me. Do not bring your business here, Chase and Huntington are the way to go!

  They replaced the regular tellers and the new ones are mostly rude and you have to remind them to give you the deposit slips for business deposits. Very unhappy with the service and overall atmosphere since they changed hands.

  I love doing all my banking at the Upper Sandusky branch of First Federal Bank The staff is Profesional and Friendly I moved all my accounts to this bank
