  My experience with this funding service was exceptional!! Kerry McGuire is the best in the business and she has a great staff. I was nervous and not sure if I could even get a home. I remember sitting in her office like a student and following everything she said. Kerry tells it like it is, and quickly. She takes her job very seriously and it shows with her efficiency. She got me my first home and the experience was great!! I would highly recommend using Preferred Funding Sevices.

  Kerry and her staff are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, mortgage people in the field. This was our 3rd time buying a house and overall our best experience. Kerry explained every step of the mortgage process and all she asked was that we trust her when she told us she would wait for a great rate and that she would have everything done by closing. Well, the rate was AWESOME and when the sellers wanted to move the closing up, Kerry was able to accommodate their request. She was also accessible no matter what time of day I needed to ask a question or get an update. I highly recommend this organization and If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks again Preferred Funding for being an integral part of our forever home purchase.

  Kerry and her staff have easily earned our trust over and over again. Where else can we go and deal directly with the Owner CEO? Where else can we go and hear "let me take care of all of that"? Where else can we go and get a mortgage closed in 30 days with the lowest achievable rate and no additional costs? Kerry Maguire at Preferred Funding Services, that's where. Kerry is always our first contact. Her knowledge, professionalism and service are exceptional. Any time the subject of mortgages comes up, her number is the only one we call or give out.   I can’t say enough things about how great Kerry and her team did. We did out first mortgage with her and she helped to find us lower rates due to varying factors that other mortgage companies never bothered to do. Then a few years later we refinanced our same house with her. Instead of just trying to make a buck she advised us that In certain scenarios it didn’t make sense to do anything such as if we were to move before a certain time. In the end we did refinance and she was again great. Every single time I needed any help, advise, or information she was there to reply happily. More so, she was on top of all calls and messages and always got right back to me day or night. As a business owner myself, I can say this is the type of business person I want to deal with. Highly recommended!!!’

  I am so glad I stumbled on this company. From the first inquiry , through my actual closing, they made everything go so smoothly. They held my hand step by step and reassured me they would fix everything when something unexpected came up on my title search.   Third time using Preferred Funding Services (this time for a refinance) and as usual the transition was incredibly smooth and stress free. I had reached out a few times over the last two years to see if it was worth refinancing yet and they were always patient and honest. They took the time to show me different options for paying off some debt and again, just gave me solid honest advice. Hands down knowledgeable, professional, personal and a pleasure to work with.

  Kerry and the team did an excellent job working with me, the lender, title company and realtor in order for me to purchase my dream property. With some set backs they were right on top of things and made sure everything came together at the end.
