      Was a member there, left because they were biased and many of the tellers were rudebut there were a couple who werehelpful and cordial. The manager back 29 years ago was condescending and offeredno help. Got the feeling we weren't welcome to bank there, so we went to the State Emloyees Credit Union which was more helpfu and cordial,freindly.

      This loan office is a joke. Every-time we needed something it was a 2 trip situation because you are always messing something up. You asked noisy questions that had nothing to do with the loan(yes I know there are security questions. These weren’t those). We live in another state now and you’re STILL screwing things up. Thanks for not signing off the title or notarizing a letter when you mailed it to us when it was paid off. Closing our accounts.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience Cheyenne. In talking with the branch it appears we did miss a step in the process. The lien release process can vary from state to state, staff happened to follow the Michigan process which does not require a release to be notarized like your state. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this oversite caused. When we are trying to resolve a situation, staff ask clarification questions so we know whether things need to be expedited to make the situation right.       Had a great experience using the shared branching feature. We had an oddball situation and our teller did a wonderful job to ensure we found a solution in a quick manner.

      Called to change my address was assured my card would go to my new address and they dont usually send out cards until the 3rd week of the month, so I waited 3 weeks and never recieved my card and I called again to find out where it was. They then told me I was given false information the first time I called, and they had already sent my card out to the wrong address on the 1st of your month! Before I even called the first time!

      I recently worked with Barb D. on purchasing and selling a vehicle. Barb was a delight to work with and always made herself available to answer questions along the way.       Used them for a loan on a new truck. Did everything online, went and picked up a check and sent her a proof of my insurance. Got a letter stating they need proof or they would add insurance to my truck. Emailed them a copy and called, stated she would call for me and add them onto the loan. Few days pass by get a letter stating they added the insurance to my policy and I'm responsible for it. Also would get calls and emails about a copy of social security card, and ID. I've had the truck for three months and had a bunch of issues .

      Used for business and personal for over 10 years. Helpful caring staff that do not judge you based on income or where it comes from. Mmmp account friendly, where other banks in the area may cancel your account for writing,checks or using cards at certain establishments preferred is transparent and does not monitor or report the way you may spend your money.

      We use Preferred Credit Union in Ludington for our financial and lending services, and have been very pleased with their great customer service and convenience. Additionally, we experienced a very trying episode with a fraudulent EBay/Paypal transaction, and Ashley, one of Preferred's Card Services Specialists, has been more than accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

      Very slow service. Apathy & indifference wreaks from this place. I went to make a "shared branching" transaction. They do those with my institution, but wanted me to fill out a form like I was a foreigner applying to be a naturalized citizen. They obviously discourage shared branching. It worked. I was discouraged and left.
