      Fast service and dependable staff. More often than not they will have coffee and cake set up at the front which makes for a less annoying trip to the bank. They have a helpful app available that's really accessible with all your options laid out clearly in front of you. Their hours can be bleh sometimes but it's a bank so what can you expect. Overall as a student account owner it's a great bank to put your finances into.

      Horrible place to bank with!!! Better off dealing with Chase. I’ve been with them for over 15 years and gave me issues with a check deposit because it was a large amount and assumed I was doing fraud.
