  I will NEVER get another loan from this company. Their fees are ridiculous. Please heed the warnings of those of us that have paid our debt to this ridiculousness. Please stop all communication with me including email, voicemail, texting and US mail!

A fee schedule is available on our website and in our stores, and the loan documents clearly disclose the fees that customers are responsible for in connection with their loan.   WORST OF THE WORST POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE.I GOT A LOAN PAID ON TIME UP UNTIL MY LAST OF PAYMENTS THEY OVER CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT DOUBLE BOTH PARTIES BLAMING EACH OTHER DUE TO IT MADE ME PAYMENT BEHIND.THEY CALL HARRASMENT TELL LIES ON WHAT DATES DUE OR WHEN U SAY COME IN.THE WORKERS THEY HAVE IN THE OFFICE IS VERY RUDE EVEN THE MANGER THEY HANGS THE PHONE UP IN YOUR FACE.THAT IS SO RUDE TO HANG THE PHONE UP IN YOUR FACE.NOW THAT'S POOR BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATION POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE .I WILL NEVER IN LIFE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR RECOMMEND ANYONE THEY ARE RUDE UNPROFECTIONAL PERIOD.

  So my original loan was for $1250. They are charging me 381.32 BIWEEKLY!, YES BIWEEKLY FOR 13 total payments! That is a total of $4957.16 on a $1250 dollar loan. That's $3707.16 in what is mostly what they call BROKER FEES. THESE FEES ARE NOT EVEN INTEREST! THAT IS WHAT THEY CHARGE JUST FOR GRANTING YOU THE LOAN IN THE FIRST PLACE! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE STILL A FEW HONEST LENDERS OUT THERE, SO PLEASE DO THE RESEARCH BEFOREHAND. UNLESS YOU DON'T MINE PAYING LITERALLY THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT YOU BORROW! NO THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION BUT FACT. STEER CLEAR IF THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF AND PUT YOU DEEPER IN DEBT! THEY REALLY GET ZERO STARS !
