  Very sufficient, thoroughly received what information was need and got it done within 14 minutes. Now that my friend, is what you call professionalism, fast response, genuine customer service. And so much more that I can say. Very good loan company, how might I add. Customer service representative had the perfect amount of patience with me. Highly recommend and highly accommodating.   Your customer service is always very good. I am 70 years old and great doing things online. I called customer service and was connected with Anna. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and extremely kind. She is exceptional!!!!! Thank you.

  I'm very disappointed with this company. Took a loan of 420.00. Paying 65.71 a week for a total of 262.84 that's a month .now times thats 5..for a total of $ 1314.20..and still have like 5 weekly payments left. BS never again you say you help people..by over charging and barely making money with all this pandemic happening 😡😡 to keep with ya payments

  Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Well all that glitters is NOT Gold!!!! After the brief experience I find out the hard truth! The five star rating is for the customer service skills ONLY!!! I am a fair person and those girls do a great job relating to you. For every $100.00 you borrow, you pay $40.00. So you are actually borrowing only $60.00 but you are short changed $40.00. If you try to pay back your loan as early as 4 days back- YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE INTEREST ANYWAY!!!!!!! No exceptions!!!!! If I didn’t need this for my husband’s medicines and copays I would not have used this place or any payday loan place. I was livid to find out that I would still be have to pay the interest on my 4 DAY Loan.
