  When my husband and I found a house we loved a close friend told us to call Marc Oringer from Power Express Mortgage. Getting started and getting an appointment was quick and easy. When we met he sat us down, went over the entire process and told us we would be approved with no problem. He was always available to answer any questions we had along the way and boy did we have plenty. He picked up the phone every time we needed him and that made my husband and I, as first time home buyers, feel safe and educated about what we were getting into. It was a stress free process and for that we are blessed to have met him. Now we are home owners and will celebrate Christmas in our new beautiful home.

  Thank goodness for Marc and Power Express Mortgage! My husband and I were first time house buyers and the process is a bit overwhelming. We initially started working with a different non local lender and the process was drawn out and cumbersome.   I started my loan with Chase bank and after 3 weeks I realized I had made a big mistake. My loan rep decided he no longer wanted to answer my calls so I decided to switch lenders and use a local lender who lends in the community. I was referredd to Marc Oringer from Power Express Mortgage Bankers from my Pastor. He sat my wife and i down and told us everything we needed to know up front and closed me in a timely manner.   My mom and I took on an FHA loan with the Brooklyn office to purchase our first home.   Without Keith Kantrowitz the owner of Power Express my loan would never have closed. It took a lot of hard work from Keith and Marc Oringer to get me to the closing table. so many obstacles happened and each time Keith picked up the phone on the first ring and was able to help me out .
