      I've had an account here for probably 18 years or so. The staff is friendly and they have many loan options, kids saving club, and more. It's like a big family there.

      The best credit union hands down. I've had accounts and auto loan here for 12+ years. Started accounts for my kids, which they still have as adults, ans have accounts for my grandchildren. Wonderful, friendly employees!

      If I could give them no stars I would.. I was asked when making the account if I wanted overdraft and I said no.. well my account went negative even though it wasnt supposed to and they charged me for it said I got a letter about it and never sent it back to them even though I told them no overdraft I would never suggest anyone to go there

      They won't exchange even a 1$ for 2 rolls of pennies. Some service you provide for the community Then get chastised for not being a member? On top of this disappointment, I shall not say blessed words towards port city just the truth. Your customer service smells like poo poo

      The tellers are cold and unapproachable. No smiles, no friendly attitude. It's upsetting to see people who work in customer service that have the friendliness of a crocodile.
