  My mom's been coming here for a while now and the guy I specifically always talk too when my mom's not around & I go and handle her errands (wish I would've got his name) I'm assuming he's the owner is super down to earth & genuinely cares about his customers and not just about the $ like most other pawn shops we've been too. If you're looking to pawn or sell anything this is the place to go it's in great hands for those especially who are just taking out a loan.   Best pawn shop in moval... Hands down any negative reviews must be from prior management trust & believe I hated this place as well until the new management & personnel came along ... Now They genuinely care about customer satisfaction & NOT JUST THE MONEY & it shows BIG TIME. Me myself I Will never Go to any of the other ones out here now.   The guys here were fantastic!! Best pawn shop in Mo Val without a doubt!! Very friendly, helpful, honest and fair!! Super fast and courteous and made the transaction so easy!! I will go here again and I highly recommended you do too!!

  I purchased a camera lens from them that had a malfunction. They were super courteous and offered a refund. I’d have no problem doing business with them again.

  I came to this pawnshop 3 times and all three times the guys there tell me they don't take drills and cameras and watches but the druggie guy before me sold them drills and cameras the druggie guy in the parking lot told me he always brings them drills and other things. At least I bring them my bought stuff not stolen stuff.

  I took in my beats pill with charger an when i went in to get it they said i never brought it in with a charger. Im so mad. Becasue i brought the beats pill an charger with it. Now they trying say i didnt come in with anything charger. They are such scamers. Do not do bussiness with these scams!

  When I walk and I had to be buzzed in the staff was very nice they were just setting up for the day I was looking for a gold chain for a Christmas gift they gave me lots of variety lots of options trying to help me with my prize they found a couple in my price range and are more than happy to give a discount that they have going on right now to rate my experience I would say they're very helpful kind respectful and now I have my Christmas gifts so 10 out of 10

  they were very polite just dont like being bribed to leave good feed back i probably would have left good feed back but just because they tried to buy my feed back felt shady also they look up everything on ebay so before you go in look up your item on ebay remember they need make a profit but if they are trying to make 50% more off you better off selling it your self when you go to ebay type your item click advance search check sold item so you get idea of what they sell for educate yourself before going here they do buy thing that are hot but you will take a loss so ive been told by few people you have to disclose it to them so they dont do paper work
