  I had a wonderful experience with polaris. Ray Behymer and his assistant Rosalyn never gave up on me while i was trying to complete a home project before having my home appraised for a refinance. Everything went wrong with contractors and i had to delay by 7 months. Ray never gave up on me even when i felt like giving up on myself. I was finally able to get the project complete for a good appraisal and a refinance for Christmas. Thank you Ray and Rosalyn.

  Two months of our lives we'll never get back. Constantly changing requirements. Having to provide the same documents multiple times. Lack of communication (all delays were communicated to the seller's Realtor instead of us, the customers.) Incorrect application submitted at the last minute, when we had a pre-appproval and closing date in place for five weeks. We had to start over with another lender to keep from losing the home we were trying to buy. The new lender had us pre-approved in two hours and a closing date in place in two days. Polaris showed no accountability and no remorse for the mistakes they made along the way. I can't really think of any way this experience could've gone any worse. I will say that after reading several positive reviews here, I don't see our guy mentioned in any of them. So we may have just been unlucky.
