  Everyone i dealt with while getting my loan was extremely friendly and courteous. Cheyenne was an absolute sweetheart and took her job very seriously. She made sure everything was 100% accurate and to my liking. They can keep great conversations so you don't get bored while waiting. However, this was one of the fastest trips I've made to get a loan. Will definitely be doing my business here from now on. Would recommend to anyone.

  I have to say that I am in shocked on how friendly the staff is at this bank. Chantel is an absolutely amazing banker. She is very knowledgeable on things. I felt so comfortable talking to her. I had a blast talking to Cheyenne and Lisa as well. I would highly recommend this bank!! I know my money is safe here.

  Charmaine was super helpful in assisting me through the online banking system change yesterday. She truly showed her customer service abilities in a very stressful situation. She helped several of us at the same time to navigate the change and never lost her cool! Her and Cheyanne deserve a bonus in my opinion.

  Chantel helped my business partner and I open a bank account yesterday. She was so helpful and patient with us since this was our first time opening a business account. She has helped me with a few other things in the past as well and is always so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable.

  I have been a customer of Point Bank for many years. They never disappoint. Yesterday, I met with Personal Banker, Chantel McLaughlin, to help me dispute a charge on my account. She was so personable and knowledgeable, I felt compelled to write this review. I just wish that all my business dealings were handled in such a pleasant and professional manner!

  Chantelle went above and beyond opening up our business banking account and savings. She is very friendly and very helpful and very fast and responsive when you need to handle business by email. I would highly recommend doing business with her at point bank you won’t be disappointed

  Two words....Cheyenne Dean!!!! Cheyenne is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and helpful. Cheyenne and Point Bank are a great combination. When we had a horrible experience with our previous bank of 45+years, Point Bank was recommended to us. It was a great recommendation. Cheyenne made the "switch" seamless.   I have been a PointBank customer for years, both personally and with our business. The professionalism and helpfulness from the staff at the North Branch over the years has been tremendous. It doesn't matter when we call, they are always prompt and ready to help us. I definitely feel that we are well taken care of and that they look out for our best interests at all times. It is truly a pleasure doing business with the North Branch!

  Chantel was so sweet and fun to work withm I've never felt so comfortable and understood while going through some bumpy bits. She was charismatic, warm and helpful. I'm keeping her card for my bank needs; if I need help, I'll be calling her. The bank was clean and calm. I was very comfortable. 100/10 recommend
