  I cannot be happier with my experience working with Point Mortgage! They were on top of everything and never missed a beat getting my documents together and assisting in completing the transactions. I never had to chase anyone or anything down, and they seemed to always be one step ahead of everything I needed. I will always recommend them (Especially Luiggi!!!) and use them for my future purchases! You won't be dissapointed!

  I dont typically write reviews unless the service was truly excellent. Refinancing our home with Juan Zelaya was a seamless process. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Not pushy at all, presented all the options and allowed you time to make your decision. I would definitely recommend!

  I highly recommend to Point Mortgage Corporation, I had Blake as my loan officer, extremely kind patient man, always was willing to explain everything to me, from paperwork I was signing, what paperwork he needed from me, any questions I had. I was stressed buying a home but his patients and guidance helped me through it.

  Mo is seriously the best! She is very knowledgeable and really looks to help you get the best outcome possible. She has really helped us make the right decision and had even told us to wait at one point for better timing and we just did a re fi and now saving close to 500 a month. Best around and super professional.

  Point Mortgage and Kimberly are no. 1 in my book. We met Kim through my realtor who turned me onto her for financing a home instead of renting, which was what we were going to do. I already had one bad experience with the last home and mortgage co. we dealt with 3 years ago, so I was a little leery as it was. In the meantime , our credit score went up to "very good "in the 3 years of renting. We had no idea that we could qualify as a 1st time home buyer after 3 years of selling last house, so I went to Kim about that. I mentioned that we would have to wait another 2 months before it would actually be 3 years of selling last house. Not a problem, she still found a way to get us qualified without nothing down on a different type of loan. Kim was always quick to answer any questions we had , and we had quite a bit of them. Even after we bought our home , she is always staying in touch with info on home prices in the neighborhood, neighbors, ages of neighbors, education of neighbors, etc,etc. The best part though was when we received this letter with an offer that , if we paid the mortgage on time the last 6 months , we can qualify for a refi at the low interest rates at the time. Of course I am sitting there thinking " Right" too good to be true". I couldnt read the small print on it either, so I did the next best thing. Sent it to Kim and asked if it was bull, and if she could read the small print.. It was 2 hours or so after that, that she texted back that she was going to " run some numbers "..Long story short, Kim got us refinanced at lower rate , went from FHA to Conventional loan, all in just 6 months of buying the house. Kim is awesome. Very good at what she does, no bull, just helpful and very kind. All the staff is like that at Point. Tried to keep this short, but couldnt. Too many good things.
