  Service with a smile. Drive-thru is quick. Video conferencing at the drive-thru. And, there's a US postal mailbox in the parking lot.

  Went into branch to deposit money into my checking account. Spoke with marry ann and told her my intentions. I handed her 250 dollars and said I want to deposit that and she rudely says "what is that" to which I replied "THE MONEY THAT'S IN YOUR HANDS" I wish they would have never closed the Poland branch those girls were so friendly. Been with PNC for a very very long time back to when they were national city and I'm going to close all my accounts and move them to my credit union ASECU. not because of this one incident but because I as well as everyone else can see the pattern. 1 last thing there are some very friendly ladies working at the struthers location but as long as I'm with pnc I will go a little further to a different branch

  Went to pnc to open a bank account. However, the customer service is not good whatsoever. We sat in the chairs for awhile and the personal banker never spoke to us or even acknowledged us sitting there. She wasn't on the phone and we were the only people waiting for a personal banker. After sitting for some time, we decided to make some coffee. While making coffee a teller asks rudely if she can help us. Informed her we were trying to open an acct, she yells to the banker. The banker finally tells us to come in. The whole time we were there she gave an attitude toward us that made us feel as though she didn't want to help or we don't need to be there. I don't know if it was because we were the only black people there but the vibe was all the way off and we felt very unwelcomed. We decided to not open an account!

  Fast and friendly. I have never seen tellers at every window but today I did! Wish other banks would do that.

  I get annoyed anytime you withdraw money they ask you what your doing with it?? Why?? It's my business why ask ever time I withdraw money?? I get the chit chat but to be that nosey gets annoying.

  Worst banking experience ive had in years. Will be closing my account asap and not using or recommending pnc to anyone

  Clean plenty parking handicapped accessible people are friendly and courteous need to get more cashier at peak times

  I use this bank. Only bank i know that gives out dollar bills at the ATM!
