  New girl at this Branch with the curly poofy hair (glasses) her name is Shay or something. She’s very condisending and offers no help when you have an issue. She has no clue what she’s doing. She’s really good at having the final say and making you leave frustrated and under appreciated. Worst teller I’ve encountered.

  The new bank teller- Korean guy messed up with my bank account. Instead of deposit into my account, that guy direct deposited into another account. When I set up to pay for my bill, I didn't have any money in the bank. Worst place forever. It deals with the money, how come people can make a mistake like that. The stupid of me was I believed on that guy and didn't check carefully.

  Wow! Just wow, all I can say for the staff at this location. It’s horrendous how little they care when you have an issue with them. I came in to dispute a discrepancy... all I got was “ call this number” and thrown out. One of the young teller (shay) went up to another tell and started joking and laughing with my issue. It was embarrassing.

  I went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes, at which point I had to go inside the bank and retrieved my ID and debit card while the staff members were siting there talking to each other. No one even acknowledged me while I was waiting at the drive through. Do not use this bank!

  Terrible! The staff working here don’t care at all for there customers. Only when it comes to pushing credit cards on you. Don’t bank with PNC especially this branch located in falls church. They are truly the worst in the area !!!!!

  I’ve never seen such negligence for quest quality or customer service at a bank until I came here. Just incompetent people that don’t want to work here. Stay away! Bank and where but here !!!!

  Bank of crap does not work, although I have an account with them they can not change me a check xk is from different bank do not serve
