  If it wasn’t for Eric, my girlfriend and I may not have the wonderful house we have today. During the process there was some occasional miscommunication between the retailer, my girlfriend, and I that left us panicked and worried. Thankfully Eric was able to step in and reassured us of the numbers. Once the ball was rolling his team and I where in constant communication even after the purchase at all hours. Anytime I had a question wether day or night he was willing to sit down and answer them with the exception to a few times when personal dilemmas had arisen. However, he assured me he would call me back as soon as he could and sure enough, he was always back on the phone ready to talk business within the same business day. Would 100% recommend.

  Eric is super helpful and very attentive. I found him on Google and immediately noticed how engaging he became. I didn't need to look much further after that. Didn't BS about the pricing and turned out to be very fair and attractive. Will go back for more.
