      I just want to give a shout out to the members at this PNC location. I work third shift and they were very helpful with getting account info that I needed for me when I was tired and cranky. The Allegan county branch is full of outstanding people and service. Thank you

      Horrible customer service. And liars!!! Our account was at $0.00 and we deposited a check from the heating credit and they took $26 and refused to refund it saying our account was negative when it WAS NOT!! I checked it before we deposited this check!! Banks are THIEVES!!!!

      Horrible customer service, asked to speak with manager and even she kept me waiting for 45 Mins with out even coming out and introducing herself .once I decided to leave and asked for her card they went in her office and got one from her and she still didn't even say anything.
