  I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by this bank. I was told I could have an I-9 form notarized. I drove over during a brutal rain storm only to find out I couldn’t get the form notarized because of PNC policy. When I asked why I was told I could I’ll I received was a shoulder shrug. This will not be my bank for much longer.

  Chaitel patel is the supervisor there and it's the rudest woman I have ever seen. The lady is not customer service chrisma she just wants to get the job done not a smile or nothing . Avoid the branch because of her

  I have 3 business accounts at the PNC branch located on Middlebrook Road in Germantown, MD. I pay $5.00 per month service fee for the privilege of banking at PNC. When I called today to have a few documents notarized, the new branch manager told me that he is not a notary and that I would have to go to a distant branch for notary service. This is the first time I have ever encountered a bank branch manager who was not a notary.

  Worse disgusting customer service ever, I try to cash and deposit spend a hour waiting for someone come out to get the check the guy came and went to other and ignored me
