  I've banked and lived in crosby for 36 years. The people are really sweet however I went on Saturday to make a deposit at 11:30 am. I called and checked the web page before running up there and it stated that the lobby was closed but the drive through on Saturday was open until 1 pm. There is absolutely no reason why this drive through should be closed on Saturday. I even called and got the vm that said they were open in the drive through until 1. Smh.

  Great bank super nice employees are the best. Always address me as Mr. Loocke which is Nice . The ATM is new and much better than the old one. The new manager Renee is Great I have been dealing with her for many years . The nice thing about BBVA Compass is they have locations all over the area and Texas.

  Compass hq is in Alabama. Being from Mobile, I like that. Never had a bad experience with tellers or electronic banking. I don't however care too much for the five day hold on large checks for mobile banking. It cost me a weekend but I learned a lesson!!

  Love Crosby Tx Compass bank. They give little extras that make you 😃 like: sometimes i take my 🐕 with me because she likes to ride and if the teller at the drive thru see her a lot of the time they give her a doggy bone. She loves when that happens and waits til we get home and inside before she crunches down. Thanks Compass. Way to make people and pets happy.👍

  Crosby location is absolutely my favorite location, I would leave Baytown where there’s a branch to go to Crosby. That’s just how much I appreciate the customer service

  The service is absolutely terrible. The employees are as bad as the manager. They make a mistake and decide to blame the customer. There is no professionalism at all in this bank.

  This bank is awesome ! Very nice ladies that work here, they make you feel welcome. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

  It was a lot better when it was Compass Bank. Bank hours not for the working class.

  Always friendly.. Smiling faces..crosby location is excellent on customer service!!!!
