Hank The Swank Burberry1Horrible experience. I was greeted promptly then offered assistance. I had to make a deposit then i needed to discuss an issue with the account. Deposit went fine somehow ( she gave me my balance without id but no biggie). Then i explained my issue. The lady at the counter (she didnt gave me her name neither i cared to ask afterward) told me she would look at it later. I insisted otherwise so reluctantly she asked me to an office where with open door she asked for my acct then yelled out my balance. Unprofessional. I also explained details of my acct, she stated things change then apologized. I am a longtime member and demand way more time and effort even if they have to fake it. I will close this acct shortly and shop elsewhere where reps have more time and show more care....

Pwc Life5Bank of choice for business. The drive-thru takes some time but they are always friendly and get the job done right. I've banked with them for over 12 years. Their app is great for deposits and online banking. I'm as happy with them as I can be -for a bank.
