  None of PNC's branches are conveniently located for me. I got stuck with this bank when it absorbed my bank. I have auto deposits that make it difficult to transfer to another bank, which I would love to do.

  No one would help me in the drive through had to go in side where they walked away when I was up to the desk no one else was in here this is the literal worst experience at a bank

  35 minutes in line to make a payment. Bank is terrible, branch is not much better.

  Had to stop by to make a deposit and had a problem, but they were very nice and helpful and very friendly. The service was fast and they helped me out very quickly and efficiently.
