      This Branch was very rude I went in to get some cashiers checks even though I had plenty of available funds in my account they would not give them to me it was an inconvenience I had to go to my local branch in coshocton where I had no problems at all!! Again very rude people working at this branch

      Very friendly staff all of whom are informative and helpful. I came in to simply open a secondary savings account and I now have them as my primary bank, as well as credit cards. Love their services, and the easy to use ATMs as well as clean facilities makes it a great branch. Would give 6 stars if I could.

      Worse customer service. I went this location to cash change for $100 and one of the banker said that she don’t have change for it in any dollar bills. It would sound reasonable with politeness from her mouth but I didn’t find it. Need customer service training.

      They took 600 dollars in Over draft fees when i switched jobs i have now been waiting 5 days when i was supposes to get a call in 24 hrs for them to refund some of it worst bank in ohio

      I found myself in a last minute need. The people at this branch were so helpful and nice. They sensed the urgency of the situation and put two people on the task. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes with exactly what i needed. I am very appreciative.
