  This review isn't for this location but for the company! I'll be finding another financial institution to bank with. Poor customer service! Been inconvenienced multiple times with fraud on my account with ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE GETTING MY MONEY BACK! Your company loans out our money and draws interest off the loan. That's how banks make money! But yet you refuse to help retrieve my funds so for that. I'll be closing account NEVER BANK WITH PNC! THERE SERVICE AND HOW THEY DO BUSINESS IS TRASH!

  I was publicly embarrased at the Hoosier Park Racing and Casino when the 20 i used to purchase game play was confiscated and reported to the secret service with a photo copy on my ID. I had previously withdrawn 400 from this bank because my debit info was stolen and i needed to survive. When i returned promptly to the bank they advised me that there was nothing they could do about the confiscated 20 or the defimation of character i recieved upon trying to use the counterfeit bill they had just given me earlier. Not recommended.

  PNC bank has been very useful for me as a college transefer student from another state. I have used it to set up a account here just in case I were to run out of funds and need some emergency cash to buy food or school supplies. Also, it is sometimes more convenient to use a debit card rather than using wads of folded or crumpled cash to buy something.

  Never had many issues with the branches but the girl I dealt with today is always extremely rude and definitely not someone who should be dealing with customers.

  Made a withdrawal today and the teller lady was so nice and pretty. Missed connections at the bank lol

  I'm always impressed with their professionalism and their kindness when I go into this branch. Being from out of town I appreciate that I can go anywhere and get the same wonderful treatment.

  Worst branch ever!! Every time I go to this branch I leave mad. They are so rude and unhelpful. I have never had problems at the other ones.

  Always have had good experiences with this branch. I think they have the best people of any PNC in the city.
