  Worst experience that I ever had at bank Teller flipped out on me for wanting an estimate waiting time while I m holding my infant in my arms. Disgusting and unnecessary Time to drive extra so I can be treat it with respect

  The branch doesn't have more than $3,000. This is rediculus. I came to take some money for an urgent need and they would not give me access to my money. The staff is so uncooperative, you talk to them and they just repeat the same thing like a broken record without offering any solutions or even pretend like they are trying to help. I am taking my business somewhere else soon.

  The dork running this place would not let my sick wife use the restroom while I had to wait 30 minutes for them to do a simple transaction that should have taken seconds.

  Terrible customer service experience. So I went to this location (7/17/18) trying to get something resolved that was REALLY urgent and important to me. One of the CASHIERS simply flat out didn’t know how to do her job or sounded like she wasn’t prepared/qualified for it. I then asked for the MANAGER and he seemed like he knew even less than her, and just basically told me there wasn’t a solution for me and “there was nothing they could do”… Seconds later I get on the phone with PNC customer service to get support and guess what happened? A very sweet lady was able to help me (very quickly in fact) and told me that it was something these people could have easily done. Instead, they decided to not help me and left me with no clear answers like I wasn’t a valuable customer. BUT what really made me write this review was the fact that it felt like they didn’t really care about my urgency to fix the problem. I’ve been to this location just a handful of times and I’ve been a customer for years and when I do go to get some help, this is what I get. You’re either prepared for a job or you’re not.

  SUPER helpful branch. Always friendly and very down to earth. Lauren is amazing to deal with and always points us in the right direction.

  This is the place too do your banking,very friendly and helpfull employees , my only complaint is the pothole at the Atherton exit, (fixed soon I hope),you will not find a better banking experience,
