  I would NOT recommend this branch nor this bank for a small business account if you're looking for a bank that's there when you need them. When I opened my account last year, it was still BBVA and didn't run into issues. Ever since it's changed to PNC, a manager is almost never available, a manager is required to open a business savings account which I've been trying to do for 3 months. Every time I call, the manager is away and I'm told I'll receive a call back and never do. I've been with larger banks in the past like Chase and BOA and have never had this kind of issue. I have two bizs and can't use the same bank for each. The staff here is also not very accommodating or friendly to work with. There's a valid reason why this bank has 2.5 stars. Hopefully higher up management will do better. Will be switching banks very soon.

  Faulty banking access via both pnc website and app 3 months after BBVA merger. Customer service leaves much to be desired.

  Worst bank ever. Closed my account without even telling me. In this pandemic now I can't even receive my stimulus money. I've been with this Bank for at least 5 years. I can't even say how much trouble and frustration I'm going through because of this. All my checks that I paid for with hard earned money are now useless. I never had an overdraft never did anything wrong to this Bank. Don't Bank with BBVA they will do you wrong for no reason. I'm glad I got wells fargo now

  I have banked with BBVA since mid 90s and had several accounts there. I never had a problem until I came to this location. I needed a deposit box and my regular location did not have one but this location did. At the time I went in to get the deposit box a nice young man helped me, he is no longer there btw. He noticed the accounts I had and introduced me to their Financial Advisor, she was rude and looked me up and down. I dismissed it and just thought she was having a bad day. Another time while in the area I went through the drive thru to cash a small check. I waited a long time and there were no other cars in the drive thru. No more drive thru for me. FINAL INCIDENT came when I needed to close out that deposit box. BBVA is not allowing customers in their banks, you have to set up an appointment if you need to see someone. They say they have no idea when they will open! I jumped through all their hoops in addition to wearing the face mask. The day I went there the Manager was not there. I only saw two females there and they became annoyed because I asked to see paperwork on the deposit box. I was told to pay an additional fee for extra key I did not receive. They told me to come back the next day and I would have to leave. I called the Manager by phone, he was at different location, he said the two employees had told him I used the "F" word and that is why I was banned from the bank. That is not true! What kind of a banking professional would slander a customer and accuse them of something they did not say or do! Check the cameras. In addition, he said my accounts were going to be closed! Yes, after after all those years of loyalty I was told to get lost, with no recourse! But there is justice, now I am at another bank which is closer to my house, gave me $300 for opening accounts and free checks! Bye bye BBVA, I don't miss you.

  They flush over twenty years banking and account numbers down the toilet make life very miserable auto payments set up over ten years ago now a new routings number and new account numbers don’t care about all this years of business they need to admit that they weren’t ready for this move caused people suffering and pain.

  Deserves 0 stars but sadly that is not an option. BBVA is a 2 bit bank with a horrible customer service center. Not only that staffing is rude at several branches including this one they’re customer support Team is beyond rude and they will do anything and everything to be sure your money isn’t available they will put random holds on your funds and will overdraft fee you every chance they get.

  Sylvia gave us terrible service & very rude, also had to come back & fill out incomplete paper work she forgot for us to fill out for our Buisness account. She DEMANDED that we come back immediately or she was going to close our account. Definitely felt unwanted, take your money elsewhere

  This is the most terrible place I have ever been. BBVA as a whole is a bank who does not care at all about their customers. They are the least helpful people, go literally anywhere else.

  Christine Tran has personally kept me a satisfied bank customer for over 5 years. I encourage you to ask for her personally for complicated bank issues. She takes the time to follow up consistently in a timely manner.
