  Got to drive-thru tonight at 4:58pm and was closed. People inside saw I held up 5 fingers and ignored me. Fished out my phone from my purse, unlocked and took picture of their screen still only showing 4:59pm.

  Don't try to do any business banking here on Saturday. Nobody on the weekend staff is qualified to do so, apparently. Told me to come back Monday. Someone should tell them that many businesses are open Monday through Friday, and weekends are when they can take care of this kind of thing.
