  Amir and his team are great, since day one they were very clear in everything. Always ready to answer questions and concerns. This process wasn’t easy but they make it smooth. Javier help me with some credit points 🎉🙏🏼. The underwriter always answer my questions and we’re in constant communication as I am first time home buyer everything is new but trust me this team Amir, Javier , Andreina and the rest of his team are great.   Will not refer Amir Elshafiy nor Anniemac to any friend or family. Every time I questioned something I would be told I didn’t have a choice because of credit score, yet if it was so bad no bank would have given me a loan. When I complained about the total price of the down payment and closing he basically said my credit score caused it and it would be okay at the end. Yet over 18k he and the company took from me at closing. Basically I overpaid and obviously my lawyer would have not pointed that out since they all work closely. Not even 3 weeks after closing on the home my loan was sold to another of there sister company. Do yourself a favor and look for another company he and them are not it.

  Rosanna - I am so sorry that you felt we have somehow lied or overcharged you. I want to be respectful of your personal data, so there is only so much I can say here. Perhaps we can get on a phone call for me to provide more details. But, I do feel the need to protect my reputation, which I take seriously. The closing costs were normal for a loan of your size. None of the closing costs go to pay my commission. Per loan officer compensation rules enacted as part of Dodd Frank, my compensation is tied to the size of your loan and cannot change based upon the fees that are charged. All of the fees were disclosed to you in advance and you had ample opportunity to question those fees. We genuinely care for all of our clients and earnestly attempt to find the best solution for each client. No doubt, your loan was challenging. But, we were able to close it and I sleep soundly at night knowing that we only charged you the fees that are necessary to close a mortgage in your market.

  Amir only communicated with me twice during the entire and very long transaction. First call was after 10pm to tell me how incredible he was...literally. The 2nd call months after to give me excuses as to why they could not close. I have over 25 years in the mtg industry, to tell me that you couldn't lock the loan because you didn't know when my sellers were going to be ready is a clear sign of incompetence. Amir waited until the last minute to lock his loan, which when pushed our simultaneous closing date back because we have to wait 3 days for the CD...all information anyone in the business for a few months is very well aware of. Very sad my clients had to change their very complicated moving plans due to their families special needs twice because of the incompetence.

  I had a good experience for a first-time home owner. I feel they do a good job of making sure things are done correctly according to the laws. AnnieMac gets 4 stars for a couple of mishaps an initial issue with slow response. But nobody is perfect so I will focus on what was really good... Everyone was professional but my loan processor, S.G. was phenomenal. SUPER responsive and knowledgeable and so willing to help. Once my loan was through the first couple of weeks I began the processing phase I was connected with S.G. and no question was too big or too dumb (lol) for her. She is such a respectful, patient and kind individual and she is a great communicator (simple, understandable and accurate) and she doesn't leave you hanging, she has great follow up and updates. She always made sure I understood and made me comfortable if had more questions just let her know. This is priceless and the perfect example of customer support that is missing these days from so many companies. She will never know how much I appreciated her support through this. Every home buyer should have a loan processer like her. S.G gets 10 stars in my book!

  Working with Kelly and her team was refreshing- they are very knowledgeable, compassionate and communicative. As a first time (nervous, anxious and annoying) home buyer, I was put at ease because they held my hand through the process and always followed up in timely manner.
