  I am happy with their customer service. I would like to see more opportunities to meet with account specialists but overall, I am happy with their service. One of the tellers, I can't remember her name, was so sweet helping me get myself together with all kinds of change and small bills for a garage sale. I like this branch. Drive-thru is quick, they have 2 ATMS, and the location is always clean and quaint. Overall, a very good branch for PNC.

  Be very careful about the drive up ATM loves to eat money. Then you have to call and wait to receive your cash back.

  Worst banking system has to be if anybody disagreed please let me know customer service stinks over our 20 minutes to be seen short staffed from what they say and they got a habit of letting people take money out of your account without you authorizing yeah I'm here to definitely close my account

  I was just at this location and after waiting for a while to have an ATM card replaced, I was told that it would be at least 15 more minutes because they only have one person to help and that person with going to take at least 15 minutes to continue to help the client they were with. It is 9:15 a.m. on a Monday morning why should it take until 9:45 a.m. to get an ATM card replaced

  Worst service ever they want me to set up an appointment for three days out to get a card. I called the PNC Bank off PEMBROKE Road next to 75 To go get a card it’s a shame I had to drive 55 minutes out of my way to go get a card because my account was compromise and they couldn’t do 10 minutes of services I am switching my account services for this bank off of Pembroke and 75.

  Absolutely horrible! After dealing with the idiots here to try to get a document notarized I want to change banks. Apparently the girl at the front has an IQ of my shoe size and the Natasha is no better telling me they're dealing with a complicated issue and no one can help me.

  My daughter went to open an account and they told her they close at 12 and it takes 45Mins to open an account and she got there at 11 this PNC aways rude they ATM machines half work if you want good customer service go to the PNC on PGA and US1 !!!
