      Don't know to give a half Star. The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service, Worst in Class business practices when it comes to dealing with the public. To be fair, maybe it is the location of the branch in Montclair shopping center near Food Lion. That Branch say temporarily closed. Keep the door locked. Don't bother opening it.

      I went in with a PNC check and the guy (bald larger male) made a mistake and didn't notice it's a PNC check so he processed it as a regular check. Of course with regular checks you apparently can't use any of it till the next day (so they said). I pointed out the mistake and he just lied and said all checks are processed that way. Seriously? Just say that you didn't notice that it's a PNC check! Don't lie.

      AWFUL!!! No personal or customer service. Always treated like a stranger even after more than 12 years with them. Of course they don't even know I'm their customer when I walk through the door. I'm taking my business somewhere else.

      I'm here now 11am Saturday there are no tellers at the counter when I first walked in there was 5 ppl waiting all left except me an 1 other person time consuming who knows how long the wait
