Wilfredo1AVOID! If google allowed ZERO stars, I will give it to this branch. I went in today just to make a cash deposit into my checking account, simple right? What could have been a quick 5 min. walk- in transaction turned into a really bad experience. Cheyenne has the Worst bank teller attitude I'd seem in all my years dealing with local banks. Her nonprofessional behavior would definitely scare anyone. Give yourselves a favor and avoid having a bad day by NOT banking in this branch. No wonder why this branch is EMPTY most of the time.
Response from the ownerThis is certainly not the experience that we strive for. We'll be sure to doc your feedback and get it in front of the right eyes.^FP

Lara E1I don’t understand what’s wrong with these capital one banks. There is not a single helpful soul that works in any of the locations I have been to. I’ve had capital one for over a decade and within the last few years the service has gone down the toilet. I ask for the managers contact information and I’m told to call somebody else, to call customer service, to grab a card (not given the manager’s name, have to ask for it, there is no card for her, I ask for them to right down the number and email, and I’m told to call a 1-800 number to get her email???). It’s hot potato of ownership and all I’m trying to do is get them fix to THE BANK’S OWN MISTAKE.
Response from the ownerWe hear the frustration on this, Lara, and we appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. Rest assured, we're doc'ing your feedback to ensure that it's seen by branch leadership. ^VS

Farah Mohmand2I’m really disappointed that I’ve made my bank account in capital one. I visited the bank today at 2:00pm 12/26/2018, and the employees were so rude. I guess they need to learn some manners and then start working at a bank. If a customer doesn’t know something, you better teach them instead of telling them that you should’ve deposit your money online and don’t explain them what zip code do they need to give them. Next time I want them to be more nice. Thank you.
Response from the ownerHi there, Farah—you should never feel anything but comfortable and supported at our branches, and the experience you describe sounds like we may have missed the mark. Feedback like yours is key—we're getting this in front of the right folks. ^MS

Julia1Called to place a change order, waited till it was ready, drove all the way there to pick it up, and was told I needed an id, even though I’d never been told that over the phone. Walk out of line, back out to my car, come back inside to be told I also need the account number, they don’t do change orders without them anymore. Not only did this bank completely waste my time, they also dragged me around and couldn’t handle giving all the information needed upfront. Also can’t handle any form of customer service. I have a business to run, but thanks for dragging me around and wasting my time for over an hour. Don’t do business here.
Response from the ownerThis isn't the kind of efficiency we're going for, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know that things didn't quite measure up. We've doc'd your feedback, and we'll be sure to get the right eyes on it. ^VS

Rafael Aryobi2This bank will find ways to charge your account. Was banking with them for a while than closed the account. Have been very happy with the new bank. Today I stopped at branch to get past transactions info and guess what, I have to pay for that.

Dominique Nance2I have multiple accounts, and doing cash business had become an issue. I do not understand why the branches have been closed. Will have to look into moving my accounts around.
