  This bank is absolutely slow! They never have any rolled coin and claim it’s due to coin shortage… the coin shortage has BEEN over with! I work in retail AND have an account with this bank and they STILL use the “coin shortage “ excuse! Then even when they DO part with their coins…. You wait like 30 mins in line!! There’s 3 tellers but only one who is able to assist you

  This is one of the slowest banks ever, should hire ppl who move at an reasonable speed and have smiles on their faces. I used to work at a bank and we would get our customers in and out in a timely manner. It makes no sense you have 3ppl in the back only one teller open and the other 2 are just starring at customers. Smh

  I deposited a check in there they wouldn’t excieot it and didn’t send me my original check back only a copy that nobody will cash smh

  One of the slowest banks in Philadelphia. Every time I come in here, there are not enough bank tellers or not enough associates to assist with people as they wait

  Horrible unhelpful staff, very obstinate (they don't take kindly to white people it seems.) Had to go to another branch to get things done.
