  Comparing BBVA bank with PNC.PNC is one of the worst banks out there I don’t recommend to anyone in my opinion! They have a phone and they never answer,only 2 lanes opened all day in the drive thru,off Saturday & Sunday etc. it’s just bad in general!! Should’ve just kept it as BBVA!

  Since PNC bought out BBVA the customer service has gone to absolute trash. They refuse to help with any problems or they claim there is nothing they can do. This so called bank is the worst kind and of joke. Do not use this bank, I'm cancelling my account as soon as I open another

  Since the transition, its been horrible. My cards don't work and they've issued me new ones and then those don't work. I'm over them and have already opened new accounts at Citizens National and will be closing my accounts with PNC ASAP.

  We been with bbva for years and amy id the most wonderful manager we ever worked with . we was there that long cause of her . she been a part big part of or time there .

  The drive through ATM has not worked in several months and they are closed on Saturday I’m done with them, now I can’t login into my account with the new system

  Have never had an issue with updates on my account ever, until yesterday. I had $43 mysteriously disappear from my account. BBVA was very good at covering the rears a d telling me that is how the system works, instead of explaining. Made me feel that it was my fault. Definitely looking for another bank

  They dont deserve any stars. This bank is horrible. Since bank of america left the area I thought I would open up an account here for my non-profit that benefits kids in the area. It's been hell every Since I opened up this acct. I went into the bank last week to make a 600 deposit . Spoke to the branch manager Kevin and not once did he say that my acct needed anything. It was a hello goodbye have a nice day. Today I go to use my card to make a purchase for my kids and the card gets declined. I go online to find out that my acct was closed and at a zero balance. I called Kevin and he said that they did an audit on my acct and my acct was missing info so he closes my acct without notifying me. This is the 2nd time this gas happened . Why even open my acct if all the info wasn't there? Why not call me and leave a message? I could have easily provided whatever you need to keep the acct open. I have no voice mail or emails asking me to provide anything.mind u this has happened before and after I received the 1st email I took off work went to the bank and provided them with what info they needed. This time no email no communication just closed my acct. This bank doesn't have their it together. Never again! Bbva sucks. Lawsuit coming soon! You can play with me all you want but not my kids. Bbva should be ashamed

  I have gone 5 times to this bank, and every time i go the atm is out of service. Fix this please.

  I'm just confused why the bank is closed the Friday before Martin Luther King Day? So people can't do any kind of banking until Tuesday the 19th. That's just stupid.

  the service they give is very slow every Friday I have to wait an hour and to top it all the check is not available until after three days I never had that problem with bbva 😡😡😡💪🏼💪🏼
