  Great bank with great people. I moved from Ennis to Lancaster and still use them as my bank because the people here are so wonderful. It's like dealing with family when you go - but just the family members you actually like, lol. Rarely a line to see anyone in the mortgage or desk areas or the tellers. If there is, it's just one person and not a long wait. As an added bonus there's always free water, coffee, candy, and pens available.

  We did a refinance on our home with Casey & the team at Ennis State Bank and it was very seamless and we will be saving a ton of money over the loan duration. We are also over an hour away from the bank but they made all the paperwork easy & our closing was less than 10 minutes from our house. We also did a loan with them and again so simple and easy! The service is awesome and they really care about their customers!! You will get personalized service no matter what transactions you make!   I used this bank to build my home. Sadly I regret it. Not only did I prove my GC was a con man. This bank signed another loan after mine with this builder instead of taking him off the approved GC list. The folks who signed after me were also conned by the GC conman. So needless to say they don't care about folks. They care about money. If you're thinking of getting a loan. Think another bank!

  Ennis State Bank and Casey Sloan made it easy for me to build my first home ever! It is a Barndominium on 3 acres just out side Ennis City limits. I have bought several homes, in several different States, throughout my life but never built one or purchased land for one. I had no clue how all that worked, some Banks still won't loan money for a Barndominium. But Ennis State Bank will. Luckily for me not knowing how it worked was explained by Casey Sloan in detail from the start. He walked me through the whole process to make this purchase of land and a construction loan go smoothly for me. Casey was there to answer any questions throughout it all. Including the final Mortgage Loan still held by Ennis State Bank with a great rate. The Mortgage Department and Casey make a great team to utilize for any of your needs. I recommend Ennis State Bank and Casey Sloan. He is still helping me even today with anything I need with my Home Mortgage and Banking needs.
