      Really good bank. Everyone is always so helpful & take care of your money. My dad has been with this bank for so many years so I joined too. I've gone in to get help. Hailey R. has helped me both times & she's one of the nicest people ever. So helpful & friendly. I recently opened an account with Navy Federal bc I couldn't get a credit card with PNC which was a bummer so I don't really use my account here anymore & I thought about closing it but overall it's a great bank.

      Went to open a new bank account. I then played 100 questions just to get rejected without an explanation. I remember years ago when you show up with an ID at any bank and they were more then happy to take your money. Now it seems it is an interview with a computer/script... Wasted time I will never get back...
