Deb B1OMG if you want anything done right, do not go to this branch!!!!!! The teller handling our account was so incompetent! Her name is: Tracy Vitanza. At first, she told us that we needed a form to shut down one account and open another...we did not need a form. Then she told us to call her when we were ready to shut down the old account and she would shut it for us over the phone (I have a witness)--needless to say, this was incorrect also!! She did not even give us any ledgers or a check book holder for our new account!! DON'T GO TO THIS BRANCH WITH ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN IN AND ONE OF THEM IS TRACY VITANZA!! You will be sorry!!
