      Where to start! Been with PNC for 10+ years, just moved to Sparta and this has to be the absolute worst PNC bank location which is ironic because it is nicer looking. So moving in requires needing cash, don’t count on them for that! They NEVER have enough, and tell you to go to Newton to get the rest, how a bank does not have enough cash, not huge amounts mind you, is beyond me. I have tried 3 times, every time they had less than the last! Meanwhile the small hole in the wall branch in Newton never gives you an issue, and always has cash, what is going on here? To top it all off, I go to just use the ATM on a Sunday to get cash to give someone as a graduation present, and the machine is broken. Whoever manages and runs this joke of a branch should be ashamed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

      I would never come to your bank ever again you have a bank manager up there that is temporarily working at your bank her name is Joanne she is the very nasty woman she's not polite she is very mean and she's very insulting she thinks she's better than everybody will she's not I have come in several times here Flanders location as she has given me such a hard time I would never do business with you guys or with your bank because this woman is the nastiest lady ever worked in for pnc bank

      Terrible bank, asked me if I wanted to close my account cause they didn’t have enough money to give me and lady was so so rude about it like I already knew they didn’t have enough money.
