      I use to love PNC. They were always so friendly and helpful. Sadly, the last few times I have gone in, the employees are just plain rude, no business manners at all. Unprofessional staff that gives contradicting answers to questions. I will be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere.

      This is my favorite branch of PNC Bank! I live .02 miles from the white lake branch and I refuse to go there. The Hartland branch is 12 miles away and I go out of the way to go there. The women working at the Hartland Branch are so friendly, welcoming and just plain refreshing to see nice people in the world. Especially, Natalie, I was having about 3 issues with my banking at once and she resolved them all with a friendly and positive attitude. She was so kind, her kindness made my day and is just very appreciated! Thank you, Hartland PNC employees! I appreciate you!
