  Asked them to stop a particular business from doing electronic debits from my account prior to a hospital stay. They stopped them a couple of times then allowed one thru that overdrew my account by $48. By the time I got out of hospital the fees had taken my balance to negative $254. I went in and offered to pay the $48 if they would reverse the fees seems how it was their mistake. They wouldn't do it. I am a Bank of America customer now!

  An efficient personal attitude makes banking here a pleasure. This PNC site is by far my favorite office. The staff is familiar, procedures are carried out efficiently but with a unique concerned, helpful, "neighborly' manner. Located in the spacious federal style renovated County Bank building the high ceilings and impressive vault gives a positive feeling of stability and trustworthiness.

  I always use the outside atm machine and it's usually crowded. I wish they would put another outside accessible atm up.
