PNC Bank Reviews

DeFrost1One of the worst bank in town. They damn care about new client. I waisted my 4 hours in 2 days to open new account. Had to leave with bad feelings. Opened my account at First National bank in 30 minutes. I would give zero star if I could.

L. Purcell1This bank is horrible. BBVA only cares about ripping off their customers and charging them FEES! FEES! FEES! They hold deposits and put transactions through so they can charge you NSF fees then they charge you another fee so they can charge another NSF for the fees they charge. Who does that? Is that even legal? It is ridiculous, when you call them it takes ages to speak to someone on the phone and then they ask for account number, pin number, address, SSN phone number last 3 transaction and refuse to speak with you you if you can give correct last 3 transactions.

Ranch Life1THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I deposited $65 into the atm to pay an electric bill on a Saturday, the atm went offline and took my money. I had to dispute the transaction to get it back 2 weeks later. 2 weeks after getting my money they said there was no evidence of an extra$65 in the atm. No email, No phone call, just a letter in the mail days after they decided to TAKE MY MONEY BACK! I dont trust this bank so I only leave $5 in to cover there paper statement fee that I have opted out of but still get changed for. Guess what that means... $25 for an overdraft fee. Not being properly contacted about it, I had no idea. Already overdrawn... BAM paper statement fee and another $25 overdraft fee. Lets recap: I out the SAME $65 TWICE. pluse $50 in overdraft fees. BBVA YOU OWE ME $115! THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL! I have made a police report and I expected to be taken seriously! To any bbva customers out there experiencing a similar situation, my attorney would love to talk to you.

Beck Saye1Holds deposits to try to push nsf fees through first. Can't wait for the class action lawsuits. Don't use this bank unless you want to be charged endless fees. Worst bank ever.
