  Used music gear at brand new prices. Better ordering from guitar center or local new music equipment.. They need to price check everything a bit better..

  The worst pawn shop ever i have taken a few items to them to get loans. Not only are the employees unethical on prices but they are rude i took a $ 900 4k 55 inch tv to them and was told they could only do about 100 for it. The store is just looking for people hirting for money and take advantage of them. Dont ever go here. Lake side pawn is a much better store. All and all avoid best little pawn they will run the prices up 10xs what they paid for it i could go on and on about how baf this pawn shop is. Im sure most the reviews they have are posted by the store no way they can get 5 star ratings id give them a negative 10 if i could rip off hacks once again

  Hey Brandon. We are truly concerned about your thoughts and have had several meetings about your statements. While we know it is almost impossible to get everything 100% correct with each Guest, we do try. Our Manager did some research to determine where we can improve to correct this from happening again. Our records indicate there has not ever been an open account in your name with us. If you provided an account name we could get to the bottom of the experiences you've had, preventing it from happening to anyone else. A few comments that may help explain your experiences: This recent winter and spring, TV prices plummeted on the market and retailers drastically reduced pricing. You are probably aware that created an environment where used TV's became VERY inexpensive. Our records indicate much like now, 55"-60" 4K TV's in April and May of this year were selling new for $275-$325. The same TV's in used condition were worth about $100-$200 depending on condition. Remember, you only wanted a loan and were not selling it, the TV remains yours. It's just collateral. We certainly understand how that pricing drop hurts, we lost money selling our TVs at competitive prices on the resale market. Brandon, we would like to be able to assist you in the future and recognize why it is we get 5 star ratings.   I shop here 3 to 4 days a week. I am treated with a great deal of respect by all of the employees. One has always gone above and beyound to make me feel welcome and ensure i get all the info possible on my items before i purchase. Her name is Sofia ,but everyone else is wonderfull too.   James and I would like to thank the entire staff at the BEST LITTLE PAWN SHOP @ Marble Falls from Ms. Bernadette & partners, to the managers Ms. LaCrissia & and Ms. Margaret who are always very helpful and friendly. Mr. Zak is always humorous and attentive in the guns/ammo dept., whether it be for a specific order or general info, if he doesn’t know the answer he will certainly take the time and effort to find out. Customer service, clean store, friendly atmosphere are always a 5 star with us. CUDOS in all areas. Our many thanks👀

  I have been shopping at this pawn shop since they opened. I have always been happy with my jewelry and gun purchases, always worth the stop. They are permanently on my to-do list when I go into Marble Falls!

  Wife just went in there today to get a loan on my OBDII scanner and because the woman was busy and didn't want to be shown how to work it she offered $10. My wife was going to show her dumba$$ how to work it yet she declined. Oh-well I sent my wife to Lakeside Pawn and they hooked it up to my vehicle, informed me I there was a miss on number 1 cylinder and gave my wife $100 for it.

  We are very concerned when a Guest leaves dissatisfied. On December 21st, 2017 our Security team located the described incident by a name other than provided here. You blocked our follow-up attempts to communicate with you via phone, text and email after your initial multiple complaints. A review of notes, video & audio recordings indicates the following: A female Guest requested a loan on an electronic vehicle analyzer, but was not able to demonstrate it was functioning. Our Team Member offered to help her complete a test if she would let him finish helping another Guest. The entire transaction lasted 2 ½ additional minutes. During that time, our Manager valued the analyzer to be $100 if functioning. The Guest then mentioned the analyzer was NOT hers, she was sent to pawn it and was NOT able to assist in testing; therefore, our Team Member would need to do it for her. The Manager stated we would be willing to risk a loan of $10 if it went untested, BUT the owner of the analyzer needed to be contacted by phone for consent to a loan and assist in testing. In doing so, our Team Member would complete the test of the analyzer and a loan would be made based instead on the $100 valuation. The Guest then became agitated and left 2 ½ minutes after initiating the loan. In some cases, we assist Guests with a good standing history the courtesy of low dollar loans on untested items. In good standing, Guests can usually rely on emergency funds even if a low dollar amount. The Guest is not selling the item in a case like this, and simply returns to redeem it It’s our goal to remain good stewards of our community, following strict processes to avoid dealing with stolen items. We do not provide pawn loans for individuals with an item they do not own. There are a few exceptions to this… one exception being that express consent come from the owner of the item, acknowledging their approval of the pawn loan. If the Guest had been willing to contact you for approval and wait to have the item tested, we would have gladly loaned $50-75 on your item. Based on your previous texts, we understand you were able to obtain $50 from another lender. We are glad you received help and understand that in some cases, business relationships are not a match.
