      OMAR TORRES is awful!! You can see him mentioned in other reviews. I sent the earnest ($3000) and it never went through due to branch error. Omar never called me back (twice) and then when I showed up was rude. When I called customer care they took care of me. I love PNC but not the Schererville Branch.. I'm out of 1. $30 for wire fee 2. $15 for returned wire fee 3. $20 to overnight my late earnert money (1 month late) 4. Gas and time for 3 trips to the bank

      Continual pressure to open accounts, head manager is very rude and pushy (I believe His name is Omar) highly recommend using a different bank. Pnc has also charged me overdraft charges on purchases that weren’t approved and wouldn’t refund after solving the case.

      We have banked with PNC since 2003 in 4 States. We were surprised at the customer service at the Scherrivlle branch. The tellers range from "doing my job" to borderline rude and condescending. We will travel farther to another branch.

      Rude manager said he refused to help deposit a IRS heck because it was to me in care of trustee. Trustee said they could cash it without the trustee being there and to have bank manager call him. Bank manager refused. Closing my account Sherillville manager not into customer service.
