  The new bank tellers are extremely slow and always have a line out the door for simple transactions. Do better and train the new pnc tellers, BBVA was way faster and more knowledgeable.

  Vanessa C - sales advisor - great service. Very personable, explained each feature, made sure my online acct was working, w/ all info correct. Marco D was also helpful. I really left feeling as a Valued cust. I was there for a little while. I never saw someone standing in line waiting to be served. Like when you go to Big bank. Mobile app and online banking are very well designed also.

  I deposit nominal amt each month. It is convenient for Baja transactions. Although I understanding C. Schwab offers more services with no additional charges.

  Horrible, if I could give a zero I would, I spoke with the manager at call center after leaving the office, this Anthony Soto Employee Number 315785, the Bank of Bilbao should be embarrass of what they have become, the 6th largest financial institute in the World but they are going to miss behave and treat some customers better than others, I still have not received why or what there procedure is for checking accounts, would not recommend to do banking with them, they have become a criminal organization disguise as a Bank.......

  I called to stop a payment, they said they would, an did not, now I have 300 dls negitive I have to pay back when it could've been prevented, bad customer service no help what so ever, they even got mad I called to dispute, not a good bank now I have bad credit.errrrr.

  Avoid this branch like the plague! The line doesn't mean anything if the teller knows you. And it took over 20 minutes to make a deposit.
