  If I could put NO STARS I would! I came in to make a credit card payment, and later noted a late fee on my account because the young lady at the counter did not process my payment. Now I am being told that there's nothing I can do about it because I did not retain my receipt because it flew out of my hand in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be closing my LAST account with PNC, not only were you a horrible employer but an even worse bank! Stick to credit unions and small banks, these corporations are thieves.

  The ATM was no longer accepting cash deposits, and the teller said he cannot accept cash because they are a “cashless bank”. Never heard of that, but would not recommend

  Very unprofessional branch, I walked in 3:34 pm on Sunday 02/23/2019 to open a business account and cash my checks I meet with Jinnefer Martinez, when her team members called her to assist me she gave her OFFFFFF face and I heard it and saw it , secondly she didn’t take a look at my documents and refused to open an account and calling me Sweetheart Which is super unprofessional and then I asked for manager and she’s looking in my face and laughing like her father is the CEO of PNC , I have other banker the my 2 checks to cash them she said I will only cash one bcz I have no enough money I said no problem, Then 4:05 she came to me saying sorry we closed and I’m not going to cash your checks or deposit it bcz what happened with my team member . IS PNC Bank a family business just want to know .

  The employees in this location are routinely lacking knowledge about how to do their jobs. I had a teller tell me it’s not possible to cash or deposit a check written out to cash because I can’t prove the check is really mine. Really? First day on the job?

  Jinnefer Martinez she so unprofessional. And nasty attitude with the customers I saw her and I got irritated how she talked to customer. I would like to put NO STAR at all

  Small counter but quick services. Payment took in and completed in a reasonable time. Staffers are polite.
