      Absolutely horrible customer service! Refused to take a deposit because I didn’t have an appointment set up! But yet if they want gas, food, or any retail then they expect us wait on them when they walk in. Since when is banking NOT an essential service! This should be open like everyone else! Why do they think they are better than we are?
