Ben Raneri1This location is becoming appointment only with no walk up depositing. Only 1 person works here. Businesses can't have this on a daily basis. There are better banks out there with more staff and better hours.

William Venner1I normally use this ATM after shopping at Stop N Shop to get cash out. I do not have a PNC bank account but use my Kearny Bank debit card. Well on 4/12/19 The PNC atm ate my Kearny bank debit card before i could make a transaction. The screen said "please insert card". So I walked over to the tellers and told them my issue. They said it is PNC policy to not retrieve your debit card and give it back, and in fact must cut up/ destroy the card unless it was a PNC card. The rep said to cancel my card and get a new one. Oh really? Just like that. I have pending transactions that would post over the next few days from my account. Getting a new card would make my payments late. I was immediately inflamed and disturbed. What right does PNC have to destroy my property ? Their machine failed and caused the issue. Why do they need to take my card. There is no foul play here. I can valitdate all of the information pertaining to the lost card. They teller refused to hear my concern and kept trying to hand me a pen with PNC number on it and call PNC service to hear their policy. I immediately called the local police and had an officer document my concern as I dont know if I leave will the machine spit out my card and someone pick up. Called PNC. The woman said they would get a maintenance guy down there. The rep get disconnecting and never called back. I got frustrated at that point and gave up. So the bottom line is. And I'm quoting PNC If you use their ATM and dont have a PNC account, and the card is eaten by the machine. You don't get it back. Its PNC property. Will never use PNC again.
