  Been to tons of PNC branches in the area, recently moved so this was the closest one and it makes me want to move again!! Last branch I lived by no matter what I was doing (withdrawal or depositing cash/check) all I had to give them was my debit card at teller or drive through and they would do it with no problem; this branch, I’m met with new rules every time, sometimes they want the bank card, sometimes they want my ID, sometimes they want my account number, other times they refuse to do anything until I’ve filled out deposit slip, sometimes it’s a combination of some or all of these. Sister deposited my check for me today and for the first time ever it is being held for 24 hours for NO reason, called to ask what changed to cause this wait time and was told in an extremely condescending tone that they held it because all checks are held and I wasn’t there to verify it - my sister never told the teller she wasn’t the owner of the account, and I’m not familiar enough with the staff to tell them over a camera the difference between me and my sibling. Worst of all not only is the service inconsistent and constantly applying new rules, the staff are snappy and rude and speak to you like a nuisance no matter how polite you are, makes me want to change banks!

  VERY VERY slow service. I recommend downloading the app to avoid going here if you need to just do deposits. Very disappointed that they closed the PNC in E.Burg and on Sarah street. Try the one in Tannersville if you can get up there. I do not recommend this bank at all.

  Poor customer service.do not recommend at all. Take your money to a credit union.

  I am a loyal PNC customer of approximately 10 years and I have never had anything bad to say about the bank until I came to this branch.Be warned: if you need anything done, call first to make an appointment before driving all the way out. Even if you have one, you'll still have to wait...plan accordingly! I usually rave about PNC customer service...not this time.

  Violet is the best! She listens to everything I say and is able to explain to me my best options. I definitely recommend meeting with Violet at PNC to open your own account. Love your laugh btw

  Pnc is one of the larger chains believe it or not, your better off at a credit union, these people are nasty and are little to no help
