      There is a lot of waiting involved. I just called now and spoke to a man who was too busy to take care of a small item that needed phone service but enough time to argue with me about how busy he was rather than take down the information he could have handled later...not acceptable customer service. Not the best location to get service. Exasperating.

      This PNC has the best staff. Always eager to assist you with knowledgeable information. I like their hours because i can make it there after work. I have a small business that I have had for over 20 years, and I must admit that out of all the banks I have banked at over the years PNC are more business friendly. I also have a personal account as well. This branch is top with customer service.

      Very bad customer service from Rhianna!! She doubted me as a customer and refuse to complete transfer to my other bank account for no clear reason. so disrespectful way of treating customer.

      Teller was rude and declined to cash my check saying it was over limit. When I cashed one the day before for more $...he judged my appearance because I work for a living! He didn't even try to verify the check
