  They have the best bank customer service I’ve ever had in my life! Best manager, best staff, and they’re always available even without appointments. Other PNCs have long lines, and this one is so nice because you can walk in and they always make time for you. They also offer Finacial coaching way better than other places to the point where I don’t even need to see a separate Finacial advisor. They’re super nice, fast, professional, never made a mistake in all 3 years I’ve been with them. I think the staff actually might like working there and aren’t faking being happy. The staff actually learns how to pronounce your name, and I have a super long last name. Great service, but the best part to me tbh has to be how there’s never any lines and it’s so fast to go there. In and out instant. No other bank has served me that fast.

  This location is absolutely no help since COVID-19 started. All of the employees there are now "bankers" instead of "tellers" and have "no ability" to cash checks on the same day without a 2% ATM fee. Absolutely terrible experience and now have to drive across town to another location where the "bankers" at this location sent me. Very unhappy to have to waste gas and time on this matter.

  I have had this bank (and formerly National City Bank) for over 40 years. I have to say they are very friendly and helpful with all of my banking needs. They explain everything well and they are really a great part of the Garfield Heights community.

  I stop in just to say hi because the staff are so friendly and sweet. They know I love them and wouldn’t do that for any other Pnc location even 😂

  This branch does not have tellers anymore. Now I have to look for a different branch; or a different bank.

  They do a great job at holding my money and giving it to me when I ask for it.
